We are recruiting for support workers to join our team in Yateley (GU46) on full time contracts of 37.5 hours per week, the rate of pay is £9.12 per hour with up to 30 days of paid annual leave.

The role will involve you working in a large environment, where we support around 50 people aged between 20 and 60 in their own homes. They have a mixture of disabilities, both mental and physical, however are independent and require minimal support. You will go from home to home supporting with daily post and paperwork, meals, some personal care, shopping and emotional support. You will also support with household chores and help them get out into the community, where they like to go on walks and go for coffee. Some of the them use electric wheelchairs to get out and about and there can be some lone working involved. (1:1 support)
Shift patterns can vary to work around the people we support -
7am - 9am / 7am - 3pm / 2pm - 10pm / weekends - the rota will be discussed in more detail at interview.
