We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.

We are looking for someone to support a gentleman in his 20s, with varied disabilities (Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s ).
You will be working as a part of a close team around this young man, whilst supporting him in his own home in Weymouth. This young man likes to spend time at home, he values his own space and enjoys a nice calm, quiet atmosphere. He enjoys spending time watching his Thomas the Tank DVD’s, going on his tablet device and having his Thomas the Tank engine stories read to him. He also has a real love for food and he enjoys baking and cooking. He enjoys taking part in arts and crafts especially colouring, visiting local parks and spending time on his trampoline. Reliability, consistency and having a fun sense of humour are the key to his heart and to developing a friendship with him. Our support for this young man will involve looking into other activities that he may enjoy such as swimming and social events.
Role responsibilities will include supporting him to live as independently as possible whilst also supporting him in administering of medication and prompting personal care.

Shifts tend to be 8:30am - 9:30pm and 9.30pm - 8.30am however we can sometimes do shorter shifts. This will be discusses at pre-screen/shortlisting. You may also work between two services depending on flexibility.
