About the role

Dimensions is looking for caring Support Workers at St Albans to support a gentleman in his own home. The support required from the staff team is minimal and mainly staff are involved with assisting with activities and taking part in this gentlemans interests including cars, technology, cinema, animals (enjoys going to the zoo) and gardening- he even has his own allotment! 

The support staff are required to prompt with his personal care but he is independent and mobile to complete his own personal care. 

We have a happy and relaxed atmosphere with fun and games. You will be given ongoing support and leadership from the management team.

Staff at the service work a pattern of shifts including earlies (8am-14:40pm), lates (14:30pm-10pm) and sleep ins (Sleep ins are paid at the rate of £37 per sleep in)

About you

Successful candidates will work well with the people we support with a person centered approach. No previous experience necessary.
