We are recruiting for female Support Workers in Swansea to support three ladies in their 20s in their own home. They have varied disabilities, including needing PEGs and require hand on hand support.
Both ladies have individual care plans, personalised to their needs and we support them on a daily to achieve their goals in life.
(This does include personal care)
