We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Outreach - Christchurch, Poole and Wimbourne.
Dimensions provide life changing support to people with learning disabilities and autism throughout England and Wales.  We often find great talent from retail, cleaning and hospitality backgrounds, but no matter what your experience, we want to hear from you.

The role will involve you working across multiple services supporting both male and female people aged between their 18 - 60s. Working in Outreach, everyday is different. You tasks and responsibilities vary from support with shopping, budgeting, attend health appointments, and any activity that enjoy doing. Ie - Gardening, going for walks etc.  Minimal personal care and manual handling involved.
