Who will I be supporting? 

• A gentleman in his 20s who has a learning disability, autism and epilepsy
• He is supported 2:1 during the day and 1:1 at night
• He has complex behaviours of distress so it’s essential that you have previous experience

What will I be doing? 

• Support him to live his life how he chooses, to be himself, and to achieve his goals 
• Provide encouragement and involvement in the activities he enjoys such as going shopping, cooking, being out and about and listening to music 
• Support him with daily living tasks like prompting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, cooking, cleaning and laundry
• Support him with his emotional and mental health needs, understanding his behaviours and supporting him to develop effective ways of communicating his needs

What shifts are available? 

• 7am one day until 7am the following day with a sleepover shift included
• 7am – 2:30pm
• 2:30pm – 10pm
• Shifts are Monday - Sunday
• Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance
