Who will I be supporting? 

  • One fabulous gentleman and two lovely ladies in their 20s
  • These young adults have autism and mild learning disabilities and are supported to live independently
  • They love spending time with their friends, they enjoy being around animals and sometimes they go horse riding
  • They also enjoy going to the cinema, the gym, going to work, going to the pub and the young man loves going clubbing

What will I be doing? 

  • You will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
  • You will support them with their everyday needs that includes taking their medication, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • They are independent in terms of their personal care, but appreciate some friendly encouragement and reminders to complete their routines

What shifts are available? 

  • Shifts can vary depending on which young person you’re supporting but our most common shifts are 9am – 8pm (female only), 9am – 2pm, 8am – 10pm, 1pm – 9am the following day with sleep in shift included
  • Flexibility to be on call is required as well
  • Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance
