About the Role

At Dimensions, we're looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious people who boast integrity and champion respect. Someone who has a genuine interest in - and a passion for - supporting others to work flexibly with us across two homes (located next door to each other) in Banbury. We have a variety of shifts and hours are available to suit your circumstances and needs. 

What You'll Do as a Dimensions Support Worker

  • Encourage and empower the people we support so that they can live their best lives - the lives that they choose
  • Provide intimate personal care, prompting and high levels of mobility assistance when required (i.e., some of those we support use wheelchairs and hoists are used)
  • Be actively - and enthusiastically - involved with every aspect of their daily lives, i.e., supporting them with shopping, their hobbies and housework (including cleaning and laundry), etc. 
  • Administer medication and PEG tubes
