Your new role will involve working in partnership with colleagues to continually provide bespoke support to eight amazing people who live next door to each other in the historic and beautiful market town of Bicester.
The people we support here have lots of different hobbies, aspirations, and who all enjoy different experiences. For instance, one of the households enjoys a calm, sensory-rich environment whilst the other is lively household up for anything! Each person has their own unique personal care plan, communication needs, mobility requirements, and some may demonstrate behaviours of distress.
