We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Barnsley S70.  Dimensions provide life changing support to people with learning disabilities and autism throughout England and Wales.  We often find great talent from retail, cleaning and hospitality backgrounds, but no matter what your experience, we want to hear from you.  This is your opportunity to start a career where you are genuinely changing people’s lives and to join an award winning team in the process.

You will be supporting 3 gentleman in their early 50s to late 60s who live within supported shared accommodation, activities in the household include regular trips to the theatre, seaside days out, trips out on the train and pub meals just to name a few!

The role

• Supporting with full personal care
• Supporting with cooking and meal preparation
• Medication
• Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry
• Supporting people to enjoy the activities they like to do

Typical Shift patterns 07:00-14:00, 07:00:-14:30,14:00-21:00, 14:30-22:00 including a sleep in (at least one sleep in per week), along with a 12hr day shift of 08:00 – 20:00 shift
