As a Dimensions Support Worker, not only will you help change the lives of the people we support for the better, your life will change for the better too! Think; a better work-life balance, a more supportive, inclusive work environment, duties that are more meaningful and rewarding, fantastic colleague benefits, and genuine career opportunities. And the best part? No experience required!

  • Respectfully provide intimate personal care, prompting, and mobility assistance if/when required

For further information about the people we support and for more details about your new role, please contact Nigel Brigden on nigel.brigden@dimensions-uk.org

  • Ambition - you're keen to learn new skills and want to continue with your personal and professional development
  • Professionalism - you always act with courage, respect, and integrity in a calm and compassionate manner
  • Positivity - you're upbeat, optimistic, and resilient; you see challenges as positive opportunities to learn and grow
