Hourly rate - £9.60 per hour + £45 per night for every sleep-in
Full time (37.5) or part time (flexible)

How would you like to start your week with a shopping trip and a visit to the coffee shop?

In Worcester we are recruiting for caring and energetic support workers to support people with learning disabilities and autism in two different supported living homes. They are located close to the University on Henwick Road and Fernhill Heath.

The people we support enjoy a variety of activities from quiet walks and visits to the café to swimming. They also love their arts & crafts activities, music and pamper sessions. As a Support Worker no two days are the same as we encourage the people we support, to live the most independent life they can and help them make informed choices.

We have a flexible rota that allows you to pursue your own interests and achieve work/life balance. Shifts are between 8am to 3pm/1pm to 9pm along with sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends.
