We are looking for Support Workers in Poundbury, Dorchester who share our values and can support someone to have the best life they want to live.
Full-time, part-time or relief available, with either day OR night shifts to suit you -£10.50 per hour
We support 6 individuals within their own homes. Each day is different in providing someone to live as independently as possible and supporting to access and find new activities out in the community. The people we support all have their own cars to access the community so we do require you to hold a full drivers license.
Shifts typically look like: 0730 - 1430, 1430 - 2130
Our individuals get involved with all sorts of activities such as swimming, bowling , concerts and accessing the community visiting local places of interest and enjoying lunches/picnics out at various venues. Support with every day household tasks including the individual where possible and some may require personal care of which training is provided for. Our families and friends play a big part in our lives so we also require support with maintaining those relationships.
