It this is the case, then stop your search now for that perfect job as we have it here at Dimensions! Apply to become our newest Support Worker based in Peasedown, St. John, today!

About your new role

In the picturesque village of Peasedown St. John live seven amazing people with learning disabilities and/or autism who welcomed us into their home to provide fully bespoke support over four years ago.

It'll be your responsibility to work in partnership with your new colleagues to help support the six gentlemen and one lady to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live. Through encouragement, empowerment and by respectfully providing hands-on healthcare assistance when required, you'll be actively - and enthusiastically - involved in every aspect of their day-to-day lives.

From providing personal care, prompting, and mobility assistance to ensuring that their days - and nights - are safe and memorable, the work you'll do will ensure that these amazing people are always happy and comfortable; safeguarded from risks and harm, and are aided in achieving their personal aspirations of having richer, more fulfilling lives.

It's safe to say that in this role, you'll become more than just a Support Worker, you'll become one of the family.

Please note that for this vacancy, we do require applicants who have a driving license (automatic or manual) as the people we support have access to their own mobility vehicles which they'd love for you to drive so that they can get out and about more to make more amazing memories.
