Start your day knowing you will make a difference - we are looking for candidates to join our team of Support Workers in Potter Heigham, Norfolk and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.

This isn't just 'care work', It's supporting people to achieve their dreams!

We are looking for caring Support Workers to support three gentlemen with a learning disability in their own home in Potter Heigham. This role will include supporting gentlemen to enjoy social activities in the community such as playing snooker and pool, going to social clubs, going for walks in the country and at the coast and providing support within the home. The people we support enjoy various ongoing daily activities which they choose and require the staff to take part. You will also be required to support with personal care task and there is also a use of wheelchair in that service. 

A car driver is essential for this role due to the location of the property. The gentlemen we support have mobility vehicles which the Support Workers will be required to drive. 

Shift patterns can vary throughout the week this will include days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins - this is to be discussed further at interview.
