We are very excited to be opening a brand new supported living home in St Peters, Worcester and we are looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious people who boast integrity, who champion respect and who have a genuine interest in - and a passion for - supporting others to work flexibly with us. We offer a variety of shifts and hours, and promise that no two days will be the same; each new shift will present you with inspiring opportunities to help you grow both professionally and personally whilst having a positive impact on the lives of those you support and their families.

Dimensions Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health or Social Care as full training is given.

We do have full time (37.5), part time (flexible) and relief/bank hours available and good transport links to get to the supported living home.

What will I be doing? 

- You will be supporting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry

- You will be responsible for the day-to-day home management and support

- Supporting people with their day-to-day travel arrangements and holidays as required

- Co-producing and designing support in partnership with the people who are being supported, their families, and their support teams. This includes developing and delivering their support plan, and reviewing the support they receive against the Dimensions values

- You will also be supporting with all the activities mentioned above and many more!

What training and development & benefits are available? 

- A competitive payrate of £9.60 per hour 

- up to 30 days paid Annual Leave (including public holidays – pro rata)

- We provide a full induction and training when you join us

- In addition to regular 1-2-1s and annual appraisals, we will help you develop and progress your career.

- We will pay for and support you to complete the Care Certificate, a requirement for people working in the health and social care sector
