Support Worker

In the charming, bustling market town of Witney, amongst its green fields and rolling countryside, Dimensions support several amazing people with learning disabilities and autism who live in two homes on the same street near the River Windrush. Being a Dimensions Support Worker

We're looking for flexible full-time and part-time Support Workers - those who demonstrate our values and who want to make a positive impact every day in the lives of those who welcome us into their home - to empower and encourage them to lead richer, more fulfilling lives. You'll achieve this by:

• Being actively and enthusiastically engaged in every aspect of their days and nights. This can include being involved in their hobbies; suggesting they try new things, accompanying them to appointments, helping them run errands, and supporting them with their finances.
• Respectfully provide personal care, mobility assistance, and meal prep/PEG feeding support. 
• Safeguard those we support; ensuring that they are always happy and comfortable and their environments are clean and sanitary, and free from risks
• Write and maintain written records (i.e. observation logs, risk assessments, and financial records, etc.)
