About the people we support:
We support 2 active men in their 30s who love Wrestling, Disney, Music and computer games.
They have learning disabilities, autism and down syndrome and we’re supporting them to live independently within their own home.
A happy, chatty support worker who’s open to new activities would be a wonderful match for these individuals.
What will I be doing?
Day to day you will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose & to achieve their goals.
Support will include meal preparation, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
What shifts are available?
Short Day Sleeps: 2.30pm - 9am the following day
Short Day Sleeps: 2.30pm - 10am the following day
Long Day Sleeps: 10am - 10am the following day (On Fridays – Sundays)
Sleep-in Shifts – Paid at £45 per shift
We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we’re really passionate about!
