We are looking for fabulous Support Workers in Yarburgh, Louth to cover various shifts from full-time, part-time and relief.
You will work on a rota, so each shift is allocated to staff fairly. You will also be required to work a share of weekends (normally every other) and bank holidays.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
A Brother and Sister who live just outside of Louth are looking for male and female support workers on a full and part time basis to support them with all aspects of their lives. They will be moving to a new property in Lincoln in the new year (April time) so exciting times ahead are for them both and anyone who wishes to join them in this venture.
There are a variety of shift patterns ranging from early shifts, late shifts, long days and waking nights. You will be supporting them with every aspect of their life e.g personal care, administering medication, cooking, cleaning, shopping, attending appointments.
The gentleman enjoys swimming on a Saturday which always with 2:1 support, going out for meals, watching buses and trains, he also likes water play, he likes playing with his remote control car too. Family is important to him and he likes to see his Mum at least once a week too. He has a great smile and sense of humour and can brighten up any day.
The lady enjoys sewing and embroidery, colouring, going out for meals or a coffee, swimming, cooking and baking and seeing family. She has great determination and will try her hand at anything.
Both have their own Mobility cars so they can go out individually and go to the places they enjoy.
Being a driver is essential for this role due to the location of the property and to be able to get the people we support out and about.
