Support Worker

Start your day knowing you'll make a difference by joining our dedicated team in Crawley.

These roles entail a diverse range of responsibilities, including supporting individuals with tasks such as banking, budgeting, benefits assistance, meal planning, shopping lists, and more.
Face-to-face interactions will also be part of the role, occurring within our designated "hubs."
Flexible hours, typically determined by the Support Worker team, while adhering to the needs of those we support.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience or volunteering with individuals with learning difficulties is preferred, though not essential. This background will aid in providing optimal remote support.
