Full UK or EU Manual driving license a requirement for this role

Who will I be Supporting?
We are looking for Support Workers to join our team in Worcester supporting a gentleman in his 40’s with learning disability and complex health needs (epilepsy - having previous experience with supporting someone with epilepsy is preferable for this role). The gentleman we support is a social butterfly and loves vising various English Heritage places across the UK, enjoys going bowling or watching a live football math at the stadium, but also does like a quiet day at home watching movies or baking a cake. You will also be supporting him with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, food shopping and laundry, full personal care, administering medication.

- 8am to 3pm / 3pm – 10pm / long days
- Must be comfortable with Lone Working
- We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends.
- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
