The Role

Being a support worker is immensely fulfilling. Each day, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve meaningful goals. Dimensions is seeking ambitious, caring, resilient, and friendly Support Workers to join our team in Bar Hill. You will be supporting three gentlemen with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and dementia.

Your Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will support these gentlemen, aged between 60-80, in living the lives they desire, ensuring they have the control over their support. No two days will be alike; you will experience variety and provide support in the following areas:

  • Support with visiting landmarks like the London Eye, attending car boot sales, enjoying local walks, and planning holidays.
  • Assisting with day-to-day travel arrangements and holiday planning.
  • Supporting individuals in managing their finances independently.
  • Providing guidance, support, and teaching in household chores, including cleaning and laundry.
  • Support with personal and intimate care as needed.

Above all, you will share in the joy of creating meaningful experiences and creating a sense of fun and fulfilment.
