Who Will I Be Supporting?

You will be supporting a young man with complex needs to live his life how he chooses. He lives in his own home in the village of Rufforth and enjoys:

Keeping active: Walking, cycling, and swimming

Listening to music
Cuddling with his dog
Spending time with his family

What Will You Be Doing?

Empowering Independence: Support him to live his life how he chooses and to achieve his goals.
Daily Support: Assist with everyday needs, including taking medication, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Encouragement: Provide friendly encouragement and reminders for personal hygiene routines.
Emotional and Behavioural Support: Full training provided.

Flexible Shift Patterns

Long Day Sleep-In Shift: 9am – 9am the following day (includes sleep-in shift)
Sleep-In Shift: 11pm – 7am (£45 per shift)

We’re looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of these shifts across weekdays and weekends. Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance, which we’re very passionate about!
