You don't need qualifications to join Dimensions as a support worker. This is because we provide all necessary training as well as a full induction onto the programme. This includes specialist skills to meet the needs of the people you support.

We offer roles at a variety of different levels, such as support worker roles, managerial roles and roles in business support.

Some, but not all of our roles require a driving licence.

This will entirely depend on the role you apply for. We aim to be as flexible as possible and offer full-time, part-time and relief positions – the hours for each role will be stated within the vacancy.
Shift patterns vary between each service, as this is managed at a local level. You can do this with the line manager in your interview.
