Interview Tips

If your application is successful, we’ll invite you to an interview — a friendly, values-based conversation where you can be yourself. To help you feel confident and prepared, our Resourcing Team has put together these helpful tips:

  • Take some time to explore our website and get to know who we are, what we do, and the values that guide us: Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership and Respect
  • Read the job description carefully and think about how your strengths and experience connect with the role.
  • Make sure you feel confident about what the role involves and what excites you about it.
  • Preparation helps you feel relaxed, grounded and ready to shine — so give yourself time to reflect.
  • Remember: the interview is just as much your chance to get to know us as it is for us to get to know you.
  • Most importantly — take a breath, be yourself, and don’t forget to smile. We want you to feel comfortable and supported throughout.
