Training for your career in social care

Training for your career in social care

You don’t need experience. You do need the right attitude and values. We’ll give you a huge range of skills.

As a Dimensions Support worker, we’ll train you from week 1 to deliver outstanding care and support. By 12 weeks, you’ll have completed the Care Certificate or All Wales Induction Standards.

On top of that, you’ll be trained in the specific needs of the person you’ll be supporting.

Progressing your career in social care

You’ll get regular 1-2-1s and annual performance reviews.

Support workers can go on to complete the Apprenticeship Standards, and Adult Care qualifications from levels 2-5.

Business support colleagues have opportunities relevant to their specialisms.

And all colleagues have access to our multi-award-winning career development programme, Aspire.

Plus, you could be eligible for a bonus payment when you complete certain qualifications.

All in all, we think you’ll feel well-supported with your professional and career development.
