Join a Great Place to Work

Adult care work really matters.

And following feedback from our colleagues, Dimensions is proud to be independently recognised as a Great Place to Work – for seven years in a row.

We’ve also had multiple awards as a Great Place to Work for Women, for Development and for Wellbeing.

Great Places to Work” is the world’s largest study of workplace cultures. It’s an audit of the practices that create an outstanding workplace culture, as well as a survey of employees’ views of their employer.
