As a Dimensions colleague we’ll encourage you to speak up – and we’ll listen and respond to your ideas and concerns.
We consult with our colleagues before making key decisions on major initiatives or policies.
We’ll welcome you as a member of our colleague forums, Diversity Matters and other special interest groups, and you’ll also be able to give your opinion through regular surveys and focus groups, including the annual Great Place to Work survey.
Nationally and within each region and department across Dimensions, teams scrutinise their results from Great Places to Work, to explore how to help Dimensions become an even better place to work. The action plan – called ‘You said, we did’ is published for transparency.
There may come a time when you need to speak up to raise a concern and it is very important to us that if you do not feel able to do this through your manager, you have other options that keep you anonymous.
That’s why we have an independent external whistleblowing service. We will always take you seriously and we will always protect any colleague who voices concerns – because nothing is more important than the safety of the people we support. You can find out more about that here.
