Customer Finance Manager

Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme in 2025 – now 7 years in a row!

Are you an experienced finance leader who thrives on developing people, improving processes and delivering outstanding results?

At Dimensions, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Finance Manager to lead our Accounts Receivable function. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile service, drive continuous improvement, and make a real impact on organisational performance.

You'll lead a talented team responsible for billing, cash allocation and debt management, ensuring we deliver an excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining strong financial controls and maximising cash collection.

The successful candidate will bring energy, initiative and a strong sense of ownership. They will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading through influence rather than authority, and engaging stakeholders to drive change and achieve ambitious objectives.

We will require proof of qualifications if you successfully secure a role.

First-stage interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams on 13th November.

You will also be asked to complete an assessment on 18th & 19th November.

If you are successful, second-stage interviews will be held on 20th November.

Closing date: This advert may close early due to high demand
