About the Role

  • Female Support Worker
  • Full time – 37.5 hours per week
  • £12.64 per hour
  • King's Lynn, PE34

We are recruiting one full-time Female Support Worker to join our lovely home, where two older sisters live together. They are kind, joyful and an absolute pleasure to support. This is lone working role, so you’ll need to feel confident working independently while still being upbeat, engaging, and adaptable.

They love doing life side-by-side, whether they’re heading out to their day centre three times a week, browsing the shops, enjoying a stroll through the village, or getting dressed up for parties and dancing. They’re full of fun and love planning events, and they never miss a chance for a holiday (which they organise with the team), so you’ll need to be happy supporting them away from home too. As they’re getting older, their health needs are gradually changing, so a calm, patient and compassionate approach is important.

Shift pattern is days with sleep-ins (you must commit to two sleep-ins per week).

Your role will also include all the varied, meaningful aspects of high-quality support – from promoting independence and supporting with daily living skills, to recognising every moment has potential.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Happy, positive, and able to bring joy to everyday moments.
  • Confident working independently in a lone-working environment.
  • Comfortable interacting, chatting and being actively engaged throughout the day.
  • Adaptable and able to respond to changing needs.
  • Compassionate, patient and values-driven.

Experience is not essential; we provide full training. What matters most is your values, your willingness to learn and your genuine desire to make a difference.
