About the role
- Female Support Worker
- King’s Lynn, PE30
- £12.85 per hour
- Shifts – 7am-2:30pm/ 2:30pm-10pm and sleep ins.
You’ll be supporting three ladies aged between their late 30s and early 50s. Each person has their own personality, interests, and goals, so your role will be all about tailoring your support to help them live life their way.
Support here is full of variety. One day you might be getting stuck into arts and crafts projects at home, and the next heading out for a cinema trip, a shopping day, or even planning a visit to Harry Potter Studios. Film nights are a big hit too, whether that’s a Disney classic or something a little scarier for the horror fans in the house!
You’ll play a key role in supporting people to stay independent and confident in their daily lives. This includes helping to plan and cook meals together, offering gentle encouragement with personal care, and making sure everyone feels safe and supported.
Shifts run across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-ins, so flexibility is important. Full-time colleagues will be expected to complete two sleep-ins per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
