Housing Hub Services Officer - Part time (Home Based)

Dimensions Housing Service’s centralised Housing Hub Team (HHT) is a first point of contact for tenants, Dimensions support colleagues/teams and external callers. The Housing Hub Services Officers (HHSO) manage telephone and email communication, offering initial advice and redirecting callers to colleagues across Dimensions; they manage property maintenance requests by diagnosing the repair need and place orders with our contractors; they provide a housing advisory service to Dimensions Operations teams; they order property compliance works; and they monitor service delivery and tenant satisfaction.

The hours available are 22.75 a week. The full-time salary is £30,834.92 pro-rata salary of £18,706.52.

About the role 

Your main duties will include: 

• Direct provision of landlord services to tenants and an advice and support service for Dimensions colleagues by answering phone calls and emails received into the Housing Hub and Dimensions.
• To manage all enquiries individually and as part of a team, with a positive customer focussed attitude, with the aim of resolving enquiries at first point of contact.
• Working with colleagues across Dimensions to ensure effective management of all non-housing enquiries.
• Raising works orders for housing repairs, compliance and service chargeable services such as garden works, white goods, etc., which are either received by phone or email.

About you

The successful applicant will have: 

• Proven ability to manage incoming calls and maintain strong outbound call performance.
• Previous experience of working within a housing association environment.
• Able to follow management guidance and processes
• Understanding of how departments within a housing association and/or a care and support provider interact
