The Intune/Endpoint Management Engineer will play a central role in the rollout, configuration, and ongoing management of the organisation’s Microsoft Intune environment across both Windows and mobile devices. This is a key position in supporting the organisation’s transition to modern device management, replacing legacy tools and on-premises configuration with cloud-first approaches that improve security, consistency, and user experience.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining device compliance, configuration, application management, and security baselines for the Windows, iOS, and Android estate. The Intune/Endpoint Management Engineer will work closely with colleagues across Azure, Identity, Security and EUT teams to ensure devices remain compliant with organisational standards and integrate effectively with broader Microsoft 365 services and identity controls.
We plan to hold interviews via Microsoft teams on the 18th August, however, this may be subject to change depending on application volumes, and first-stage interviews may be conducted earlier if required.

We will require proof of Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience in the relevant technology discipline if you successfully secure a role.
About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Lead the rollout and ongoing development of Microsoft Intune across the Windows, Android and iOS estate.
- Maintain device lifecycle processes including onboarding, provisioning, compliance management, and retirement.
- Manage the packaging, deployment, maintenance and updating of applications via Intune for Windows and mobile platforms.
- Ensure that Intune-managed devices meet the requirements set out by the organisation’s device security standards.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
- Able to apply analytical skills to understand complex configuration requirements.
- Experience supporting the rollout of modern device management solutions.
- Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management principles.
