Lead Support Worker – Stanwell (TW19)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Mixture of 07:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00, including alternate weekends
Pay: £14.11 per hour

About the roleYou’ll support five people with a range of interests – from cooking and games to zoo trips and theme park adventures. No two days look the same, but every day makes a difference.
Your role will include:
Shifts are a mix of early (07:00–14:30) and late (14:30–22:00) with alternate weekends, giving you structure while supporting work-life balance.
