Location: Chippenham, SN14
Position: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) – Includes sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
Pay Rate: £14.66 per hour
Driver Requirement: Preferred

We’re looking for a Lead Support Worker to join our team in Chippenham, working across a variety of support settings to help adults with learning disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in supported living or residential care who’s ready to take the next step and lead by example.

About the Role

As a Lead Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in:

• Supporting and mentoring your team to deliver person-centred care
• Promoting independence and wellbeing for the people we support
• Working collaboratively across services in Chippenham
• Leading with values, ensuring dignity, respect, and inclusion are at the heart of everything you do
• Problem-solving and planning, helping to create positive outcomes and smooth transitions
