Location: Worcester (WR5)
Hours: Part Time – 20 hours per week + Sleep-In Shifts
Pay: £12.85 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence and Own Vehicle Required
Gender Requirement: Male applicants only (GOR applies)

About the role
We're looking for a confident, proactive and friendly Male Support Worker to join our team in Worcester (WR5), supporting a gentleman in his late 20s with a learning disability, cerebral palsy, severe anxiety and possible autism.
This is a highly personalised 1:1 support role, where building trust, understanding routines and providing reassurance are key to helping him thrive. He communicates without words but expresses himself clearly through gestures, humour and his personality.

He is happiest when active and engaged. At times, he can become anxious during transitions or when plans change, so someone who is calm, observant and able to provide positive distraction and reassurance will be a great fit.
Support includes:
Family involvement is important, with regular visits from his mum and ongoing communication with those closest to him.
Shifts:
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
