About the roleWe're looking for flexible and enthusiastic Relief Support Workers to join our teams across Worcester and the surrounding area.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, brain injuries and complex health needs. You'll work across different services, supporting people to live independently, pursue their interests and enjoy fulfilling lives.
No two shifts are the same. You could be supporting someone to access their community, attend appointments, enjoy hobbies and social activities, manage daily routines, or develop everyday life skills.
Support may include:
- Promoting independence and choice
- Community activities and social outings
- Meal preparation and healthy living
- Personal care and mobility support
- Medication administration
- Building confidence and life skills
- Supporting communication and individual goals
Shifts are available across days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays, depending on service requirements and your availability.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — we'll provide full training and ongoing support.
