About the Role
We’re looking for Female Relief Support Staff to join our inspiring care team in Frimley. You’ll be supporting two gentlemen and three ladies, all in their 50s–60s, who live together in their warm, welcoming home. They’re an outgoing group who enjoy a full and active life — and they’re excited to meet Support Workers who want to get involved in the things they love.

Shifts Available - A variety of flexible shifts are available, including:
- Day Shifts
- Early: 7:30–15:00
- Late: 14:30–22:00
- Waking Nights - 21:45–07:45

About You
We’re looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and ready to support others to live life on their own terms.
- A full UK/EU driving licence is desirable, as the people we support have access to a vehicle.
- Not everyone we support uses words to communicate, but they each have their own ways of expressing what they want and need. If you’re new to this, that’s absolutely fine — full training is provided.
