About Person We Support:


You will be supporting two ladies in their 60s and 70s who live in their own home and may display complex behaviours. This is a waking night role, meaning you will be actively supporting throughout the night to ensure they feel safe, reassured and well supported.
 

What will I be doing?

Providing calm, consistent and respectful support during the night
Supporting individuals during periods of distress, following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and risk assessments
Promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times
Carrying out regular checks, accurate recordings and clear handovers
Working closely with your team to ensure high-quality, safe support

Shift Pattern:

Waking Night - 10pm - 8am
Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance.
