About Person We Support:

You’ll be supporting two ladies in their 60s and 70s who may display complex behaviours. With the right support, they enjoy full and active lives.

Their hobbies include:

Lunches out
Shopping trips
Visiting theatres
Going to discos
Meeting up with friends and family

They love getting out and about, so if you enjoy being active and social, this could be the perfect role for you.

What will I be doing?

You’ll play a key role in enabling independence, dignity and choice. Your support will include:

Supporting them to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals
Providing personal care and administering medication
Supporting with grocery shopping and attending medical appointments
Encouraging independence with daily living skills
Providing calm, consistent and respectful support, including following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans

Shift Pattern:

We have day shifts available, with patterns including:

8am – 9pm

9am – 10pm

Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance – something we’re really passionate about
