About the role

We're looking for compassionate Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in the TS24 area, supporting three wonderful ladies and fantastic gentleman who love getting out, trying new things, and making the most of life.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll empower the people we support to live independently, pursue their interests, and enjoy life to the fullest.

Your role will include:

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity, choice, and independence
  • Assisting with moving and positioning, including the use of hoisting equipment, wheelchair
  • Supporting attendance at social activities, appointments, holidays, and days out
  • Encouraging hobbies, interests, and community involvement
  • Helping individuals maintain important relationships with family and friends
  • Providing emotional reassurance, companionship, and encouragement

Shifts:

8am-10pm, 9am-10pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-10pm, 9am-4pm, 12pm-5pm 

Sleep ins are also part of the shift pattern and are compulsory
