We're looking for Male Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a gentleman in his late 30s to live a safe, fulfilling and independent life. This is a truly rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, providing consistent support, and making a genuine difference every day.
You'll be supporting a gentleman who is polite, engaging and naturally curious about the world around him. He enjoys getting out and about in his car, going for walks when possible, and spending time exploring his interests.
A real food enthusiast, he has a passion for cooking and loves learning about Bangladeshi and Jewish cuisine, culture and traditions. He also enjoys relaxing at home with a good film and appreciates support workers who can share conversations, encouragement and a positive outlook.

What Will I Be Doing?
You'll be part of a specialist support team within a structured complex-needs community setting made up of five bungalows. This is an environment where consistency, teamwork and professionalism are essential.

Full PBS training is provided, but previous experience in complex or challenging support is essential.
Shift Patterns:
Long Day Sleep-In Shifts: 9am – 9am the following day
Day Shifts: 9am - 6pm
Sleep-Ins: 10pm – 8am (Paid to Sleep) - You will be expected to do 1 sleep in per week.
We provide rotas at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance, which we’re very passionate about!
