About the role
We're looking for caring, proactive Support Workers to join our team in Peasedown St John, Bath.
You'll support six adults aged 20s–60s, each living in their own self-contained flat within a supported living service. Supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and behaviours of distress, you'll build meaningful one-to-one relationships and help people live independently, confidently and on their own terms.
The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities including walking, bowling, archery, plane spotting, dining out, music, singing, musicals and spending time with friends and family.
You'll support with:
- Personal care and daily living skills
- Medication administration and epilepsy support
- Meal preparation and SALT guidance
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
- Community activities and appointments
- Building confidence, independence and life skills
Typical shifts include:
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 3:00pm – 10:00pm
- 8:00am/10:00am – 6:30pm
- Sleep-ins: 10:00pm – 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
About you
You'll be a great fit if you're:

- A driver with a full UK licence
Experience is helpful but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
