Pay: £13.45 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift

About the role

We're looking for caring, proactive Support Workers to join our team in Peasedown St John, Bath, supporting six adults aged 20s–60s who live in their own self-contained flats within a supported living service.

The people we support have learning disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and behaviours of distress. You'll provide personalised support that helps people live independently and enjoy the things that matter most to them.

They enjoy:

  • Walking, bowling and archery
  • Plane spotting and dining out
  • Music, singing and musicals
  • Spending time with friends and family
  • Building confidence through new experiences and community activities

Support includes personal care, medication administration, epilepsy support, meal preparation, following SALT guidance, Positive Behaviour Support plans and promoting independence in everyday life.

Shifts:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 3:00pm – 10:00pm
  • 8:00am/10:00am – 6:30pm
  • Sleep-ins: 10:00pm – 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
