Support Worker – Ash Vale / Mytchett (GU16)
Full-Time and Part-Time Roles Available £12.92 per hour + £50 sleep-in allowance
If you’re looking for a role where every day feels meaningful — and no two days look the same — this could be the perfect fit. At Dimensions, we’re all about supporting people to live the life they choose, in the comfort of their own home. If that speaks to you, we’d love to welcome you as a Support Worker in Mytchett.
What the role is all about:
You’ll be supporting five adults aged 40–70, all of whom have learning disabilities and each with their own personalities, routines, and interests. Your role is to empower their independence, champion their choices, and help them enjoy the things that make life feel good.
Here’s a glimpse into what they love:
- Long scenic drives — especially for one lady who enjoys the journey just as much as the destination
- Meals out at the pub
- Arts and crafts at home
- Relaxed days at Frimley Lodge Park
- Dreaming up and going on holidays
If you enjoy gentle routines, shared laughter, and supporting people to do the things they love, you’ll feel right at home here.
What we’re offering:
- £12.92 per hour
- £50 per sleep-in shift
- Full-time or part-time hours
- Shift patterns of 07:00–15:00 and 14:30–22:00
- One sleep-in shift per week
What we’re looking for:
People who are kind, patient, and genuinely interested in supporting others to live well. Experience is welcome, but your values matter most.
