About the Role

We’re recruiting a Full-Time Support Worker in Gosport to support a gentleman in his 50s who lives independently in his own home.

He enjoys:

• Going out in the car

• Watching Mr Bean

• A calm, consistent approach, especially during moments of distress

Your role will include:

• Encouraging and supporting him to take part in activities he enjoys

• Providing personal care

• Supporting with shopping, cooking, and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry

• Administering and recording medication

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Kind, patient, and committed to helping others live life their way

• Able to remain calm and reassuring during behaviours of distress

• A confident driver with a Full UK Manual Driving Licence (you’ll be driving an automatic mobility vehicle)

Shift patterns include:

• Long days: 10am–8pm or 7am–10pm

• At least one sleep-in per week (sleep-in payment: £50)
