We have developed an exciting, new approach to our qualifications offer, which goes beyond the current options we give to our colleagues in terms of qualifications they are eligible for.
There will, of course always be qualifications that are a requirement for specific roles, but our Better Lives for More People strategy highlights developing and broadening the skills of our colleagues. We will build on this, welcoming applications from and retaining great colleagues, through professionalising our workforce.
The new Dimensions Academy, for Operational and Business Support colleagues, enables self-navigation through a series of tiles or links.
