Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme in 2025 – now 7 years in a row!

About the role
Hourly rate of £13.86, with sleep-in nights paid at £50 per night. We have full-time, part-time and relief opportunities available.

A full UK or EU driving licence is essential, as the people you’ll be supporting have asked that their Support Workers are able to drive their mobility vehicles.

Shift patterns include: 8am – 3pm, 3pm – 9pm / 10pm, 3pm – 11pm, sleep-in, then 7am – 3pm, Waking nights: 9pm – 8am

No two days are ever the same. One day you might be heading out for walks, enjoying disco dance clubs or searching for dragons in a Welsh castle. Another day could be spent relaxing at home, having a film day, getting creative with arts and crafts, or simply enjoying good company. Swimming, trips to the gym, bowling, crazy golf and visits to the farm or even a zoo are firm favourites. And if you’re a fan of Eastenders, gaming and wanting to make a huge difference to the four gentleman then we would love to hear from you.

About you
We’re looking for a truly caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join one of our welcoming homes in Bridgend. You’ll become part of a close-knit, supportive team dedicated to making a real and lasting difference in the lives of four wonderful gentlemen, each with their own unique personalities, interests and sense of fun.

Do you have experience in healthcare, mental health, learning disabilities, autism or supporting people who may experience distressing behaviours? Or perhaps you’re a confident, empathetic and resilient person who wants to make a positive impact while supporting people with complex learning disabilities and autism in a caring, person-centred way.
