You’ll make every day matter for the people you support, helping them learn, grow, and live life their way. At Dimensions, we’ll make every day matter for you too, with wellbeing support, flexibility, and a caring team. Through Inspiring People Awards and Dimensions Academy, we celebrate your contribution and help you thrive – because when you can be you, everyone benefits.

About the People We Support

We support a mischievous gent in his 20s who thrives on daily adventures, lunch outings and recently discovered beach-buggying, which left him in fits of laughter.

He has a learning disability, mobility issues, cerebral palsy & is non-verbal and we are supporting him to live in his own bungalow.

You will also need to provide emotional reassurance when experiencing behaviours of distress – full positive behaviour support training is provided but previous experience is essential.

An energetic support worker with a good initiative and a good sense of humour would be a wonderful match.

What will I be doing?

You will be supporting him to live his life how he chooses and empowering him to achieve his goals.
This gentleman is looking for support with daily tasks such as his personal care, wheelchair assistance, medication, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Shift Patterns:

Day Shifts: 9am – 5pm
Long Day Sleep Shifts: 9am – 9am the following day (£60 sleep in shift included)
Sleep In Shifts: 10pm – 7am
He is supported 2:1 during the day and 1:1 during the night
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work/life balance
