About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping adults with learning disabilities and autism live fulfilling, independent lives. Your day-to-day support will include:

• Assisting with everyday tasks and personal care
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Supporting people to enjoy the activities they love—shopping, cinema trips, music, meals out, gardening, bird watching, and especially swimming
• Accompanying individuals to appointments and out in the community

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts between 7am–10pm, including alternate weekends
